Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required, to be paid by bank transfer.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by cash, credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), debit card, or bank transfer.

What happens in the event of cancellation/arrival at a different time to the booking?

We comply with the tourism legislation of Lombardy.

Is it possible to have extra beds?

Yes, the third person in the "Anna" and "Elena" apartments and the fifth person in the "Laura" apartments can stay in the flats for an additional fee.

Are animals allowed?

Yes, of course, in all our flats your four- legged friends can stay for an additional fee.

Do you have a garage?

No, we do not have a garage.

Is linen included?

Yes, bed, bath, and kitchen linen are included in the price of your stay.
