Chalet Mistral is one of the oldest chalets in Livigno, completely renovated during the summer of 2009 and furnished in true alpine style. It is only 10 minutes walk from the center, in a very quiet and sunny area, directly on the ski slopes!
The apartments
All three apartments, Elena and Anna, comprise a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, rooms with soft duvets, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi; they can be rented by the week or for short periods. The Elena flat has a double bed, whilst the Anna flat has twin beds.

Cozy apartment, perfect location, quite but close to Livigno pedestrian street with a lot of shops and restaurants (500 m) and close to ski lifts (ski track next to the house).

Beautiful location
We have been to Livigno a few times, but this time we discovered our favorite place. We stayed at Appartment Anna, that has amazing views and a nice terrace to enjoy some sunshine after skiing. The owners are friendly and extremely helpful, thE location quiet and right on the slopes offering amazing views. We are definitely coming back next winter.

Very nice place to be
It was very good. Very nice poeple. Good accomodation. Good skiing. Laura was very friendly. We will come next year too. Very quiet and absolutely safe place, friendly and helpfull owners, ski in- ski out, the shop street with ski bus stop and large food market just 200 meters down the street, and wondeful views on mountains from our window.

Close to perfect, booking, communication before arrival, stay and departure was all perfect. Friendly owners, making sure that we were OK settled and happy with our stay. If not for the lack of snow if would have been all perfect.

One of the best apartments in Livigno
Great location, next to the ski slopes, you can ski to the house. Great apartment: spacious, new, fully equipped and warm, big garage, WiFi and great hospitality: very nice people, extremely well organized (they managed to clean 60 cm of new snow that fell over the night in few hours).
